Pros
Training for multiple positions, the history of MOD, the culture, the pay, getting to have my own style
Cons
Lack of communication, Poor leadership. MOD has lost its values. I went to HR about an anonymous survey we were made to fill out because I was afraid my higher up would see it. I chose to be truthful in that survey and in the conversation with HR and I deeply regret it. I told they how I was body shamed multiple times by the same hire up. This same hire up had the skill to compliment and insult at the same time. I told HR how I had communicated that with my GM and DM and nothing changed. Everything change after that one conversation with her because she told the hire ups about the conversation even though she promised no retaliation would happen. She was wrong everything I did or would say became an issue. There was a lot of he said she said after that but unfortunately if you're not a favorite they don't listen to what you have to say. I was accused for doing things I have never done, my words were twisted completely. I could go on to write multiple paragraphs about what happened but it's not worth my time anymore. The reason I chose to leave was work-life balance. I was giving MOD all my time and unfortunately it affected the well-being of my kids.
