      Pros

      - product is amazing - manager was very supportive - people were great to work with

      Cons

      - processes change constantly - Culture is very competitive, like most other sales orgs feels more like an individual game then a team game - Very few Account Managers in SMB actually hit their numbers - No clear path for promotions and career growth - No structured support for professional development and improving skills - No transparency into what is an acceptable range for numbers given most people do not hit target

Great place to start, better place to leave

      Software developer
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

A solid place to begin your career. If you're well connected with leadership, there is some flexibility to move into different roles, even ones that don't match the position you were originally hired for If you value hard technical skills and are comfortable going above and beyond your pay grade, this environment rewards exactly that. However, if your strengths lie in interpersonal skills or EQ, those may be brushed off as “therapy” and not treated with the same respect.

      Cons

Not ideal for long-term career growth. The environment shifted significantly after new leadership came in. Pay is below market. The company sells a strong values-driven culture to new hires, but the reality becomes much more political over time. The shift is subtle at first, but impossible to miss once you're in deeper. Job security can depend heavily on who you know. If you have strong internal allies, you're likely safe. Otherwise, there's a risk of being let go without warning, feedback, PIP, and sometimes even without HR involved. Keep your differences to yourself. In my own experience, my panic attacks were dismissed as being “too emotional,” and somehow being fast at my job was treated like a problem lol

Growth opportunities and smart colleagues, but limited benefits

      Anonymous employee
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      - A lot of growth opportunities - Merit-based culture - Get to work with very smart people - Competitive pay

      Cons

      - Benefits are lacking: no 401k matches, no stipends for employee wellness, small bonus pool - Unlimited PTO is nice but it makes you feel uncomfortable when requesting it off. Leadership doesn't encourage time off.

      Cons

Literally none. Great place to land at any point in your career.
