Pros
Veteran employees are incredible and food is great, done by 3pm
Cons
- No official training program for general employees. It's all word of mouth so the quality of training you get is a mixed bag.
- Hiring management operates reactively (creating major conflicts of interest) and tends to hire 15-year-olds with no work ethic (idk why).
- For what it is, it's a high-stress job with not great pay.
- The kitchen layout is not the worst I've seen but is problematic considering not all of the employees know or care about proper food safety procedures, especially when dealing with raw chicken.
- The order ticket system is chaotic and needs to be revised.
