Technology could be better, can be frustrating working with some systems. Pay could be higher and should also be based on cost of living.

Layoffs, layoffs and more layoffs/reorgs . HR doesn’t care about employees, just keep laying off more people to save money. If you’re not part of the existing clique, then you are out - especially in HR.

Overtime is required everyday. If you have kids and need to take them to the dr more than once it won't be possible. You cannot plan anything because you never know when you will be getting off. Favoritism
