I’m in Dallas, only managers get full-time work (no one in sales). Starting pay $12/hr and up to 25 hrs max. No chance for advancement. I have 40 years mgr experience and 18 year old with 2 years at MW got promoted over me. Really?!? Only hire young people (18-24) as their 1st job. High turnover and they don’t care. It’s their business model now. Horrible at keeping stores with correct inventory.
