Great work-life balance with great benefits. The base pay is great with lots of opportunities for extra income. This is also one of the first jobs that I've worked at that I have actually been able to take my breaks. My coworkers are fantastic and I think the teamwork mentality is really strong here.

There are constant changes, this to me is not a con because everything is healthcare should be constantly changing but if you aren't flexible, it could be a negative. You also need to know your days off 3 months in advance and it's difficult to get coverage for last minute call-outs which is also pretty standard in this industry.

Coming from a previous laser hair removal company, Milan truly values their employees and wants to see them succeed and grow within the company. I cannot rave enough good things about working here. I have referred my good friends to work with the company even in other states at the clinics. They value their employees opinions and want to learn from within. In my opinion I love the work life balance they give us with 10 hour shift options (8 hours for other positions). Everyone is so nice and super collaborative, the upper management is the best support I have ever had from a company. The pay is great especially with the flexibility to earn more!

Honestly have no cons for this company.

I have been loving it here at the Milan call center headquarters and plan to stay for a long time! Management is great and are always so fast with any new updates. The atmosphere here is wonderful, if feels so inviting and you always feel so welcome here! The pay is great, and there is several work benefits to take advantage of!

There is no work at home, but exceptions are made for severe weather to keep us safe! However headquarters is always clean, cozy, we have our own desks, and we get access to a variety of complimentary drinks (Sodas and flavored waters)

The company has slowly been shortening treatment times, making it difficult for the nurses. Despite you being medical, you will be expected to contribute to sales via client manipulation.
