Pros
I’ve noticed a lot of new job openings at this company, so I wanted to share my thoughts based on my time working there. While the current overall rating here looks very positive (4.7/5!), it’s worth noting that less than a year ago, the rating was quite low (in the red zone). The language used in those low-rating reviews was understandably not positive. Since those reviews are no longer visible, it seems they were flagged and subsequently removed by Glassdoor due to violations of their rules (specifically, avoiding defamatory language). The recent surge of very positive reviews is something to consider, especially given my own experiences at Minogue Medical. The good points mentioned in those reviews didn’t quite match what I went through. From my experience, I’d recommend this place solely to experienced sales professionals who aren’t based at the headquarters. If you have the skills they need and don’t need to compromise on salary or benefits, it might be a good fit. But for those early in their careers who still need to learn and grow, and for those who value work freedom, transparency, and flexibility, I wouldn’t recommend this company.
Cons
For anyone considering a job here, I suggest digging deeper than just the current rating. Look for firsthand accounts, ask lots of questions during interviews, and really think about the answers you get. Don’t be shy about asking for details. Specifically, ask about the company culture, the reasons the last person left or was terminated, the expectations for the role, and the rules and restrictions in place, including the logic and rationale behind them. It might be totally different from what you expect in a workplace, and it’s better to know upfront and make a right decision for your career. This place is not the fit place for many people in my opinion.
