Poor unprofessional management. Vans falling apart, dangerous for drivers but management couldn't care less. Blatant favoritism regarding who given best routes. Unrealistic targets. No job security,bullying culture. Long routes, when you calculate time it takes to complete, you are earning minimum wage. Work 6 nights a week, always tired, no home life...When you need time off to rest management threaten to sack you.

Like in all start ups there is give and take. It's not a typical 9-5 and you'll sometimes need to work late. Only here you'll get your time back unlike many other startups/SMEs
