Pros
Great location in Rishon Lezion, Israel.
Good conditions and good welfare.
New and beautiful offices.
Cons
The position was presented to me in a certain way in the interview, and in reality it was something completely different. I arrived for a permanent position and after the interview I was told it was a temporary position. Lots of chaos between departments, it's hard to know when the line between your role and other roles crosses, because everyone does everything. The management is very disconnected and not at all aware of what our job is. 85% of the company is made up of young people, who have no experience in the labor market and have never worked in an office before, so those with experience have nothing to look for there. A very large turnover of people. Salaries are very low relative to the title. In general, the atmosphere there is that of the army, not of a business. I left on my own initiative and I'm very happy about that.
