      Pros

Benefits and that’s about it really.

      Cons

First off the CRO is a complete moron…doesn’t know what he is doing a majority of the time. The software/products are old and tough to sell. The people are entitled and phony, no diversity whatsoever, low pay for tech, managers are god awful and constantly pressure employees, and the list goes on. BTW they just had mass layoffs.

      Pros

Great benefits (Insurance is good price, PTO policy and schedule). Nice schedule.

      Cons

No growth opportunities. The pay is horrible. There’s no motivation here..the company allows slackers to stay but the ones who actually work somehow get left in the dirt. So many mistakes are being made and no one cares. When did people stop taking pride in their work? (Apparently when they start working here.)

      Pros

Flexible. Decent Pay. Always growing, and could be a great company if they cared to be.

      Cons

Doesn't listen to the people on the front lines who know what the needs are. Doesn't care about their employees or customers. They recently purchased a competitor and the entire ordeal was disrespectful to the employees of the competitor they purchased.

      Pros

Work life balance if you have a good department/management

      Cons

Pay relative to other tech companies is incredibly low, CEO and executive level leaders are incompetent at best and since I started a few years ago I have never seen a company go downhill so fast. All the good people/managers are now long gone. If you do decide to take a job here, be prepared for chaos as there is no direction, no processes and the goal post is constantly changing for every project. Cross functional work is a nightmare because no one knows what their job is or what we are even working on half the time. There are a million products, the user interface sucks for most (we acquired a few that are great but I’m sure they’ll find a way to drive those into the ground too) and the only reason this place is making money is because they lock customers in to multi year contracts and then never deliver on the promise to improve the products, leading to a lot of disgruntled buyers. Good luck with this circus
