How are the career development opportunities at Nestasia?

      Pros

None whatsoever! And I’m not just saying it for the sake of saying it. There are literally no pros for working at this company. And I say this out of concern, do yourself a favour and don’t ever join Nestasia.

      Cons

      1. You will be expected to arrive exact on time in the morning, and will also be expected to stretch beyond working hours every single day. Mind you, failing to do so is considered disrespectful. So you can pretty much kiss your personal life goodbye, since you are basically the company’s property now. Yikes! Employees were expected to not get up from their seats during the entire 9-hour work day, except for a lunch break. Can you imagine that?! 2. It’s funny how the Human Resource department has no idea how to cooperate, let alone respect human beings. I really hope the HR team learns how to talk to people instead of being rude to them for no apparent reason at all. 3. How can I forget to mention the co-founder, Aditi. She is the literal root cause of all the issues that employees face on a daily basis. It’s also pretty terrible, the way she treats people around her. Not something you’d expect out of a co-founder/leader. 4. There is absolutely no career growth for creative people. You will be expected to work like a robot, repeating the same things, over and over. No new projects, no appreciation for creativity, nothing! Notable mention - if you are okay with being treated like a slave, your basic human rights being violated on a daily basis, and dealing with constant stress and anxiety, then by all means, join Nestasia. And if not, please don’t commit career suicide and stay as far away as possible. P.S. The sole purpose of this detailed review is to help people make informed decisions. I wouldn’t want anyone to go through the sheer trauma of what I went through or what the current employees are already going through.

We’re genuinely concerned to read this feedback. While the experience described is not reflective of the majority of our employees, we take claims about workload, management behavior, and employee treatment very seriously. We continuously review our policies and practices to ensure fairness, respect, and a supportive environment for everyone.

It's a good company to grow your skills with suitable office hours, location of the office is fantastic and no dress code. You will have a personal growth and good increments are given based on your performance, yearly bonus.

      Cons

Less interaction between all the departments, less outside exposure, sometimes a little monotonous.

Fast growth of offline stores but heavy workload for trainers

      Pros

Nestasia is a great place for Retail Trainers who want hands-on experience and real ownership. The learning curve is steep but rewarding. Leadership is accessible, the brand is ambitious, and training has a visible impact on store performance. Workload can spike during key seasons, but overall it’s a strong workplace for anyone serious about developing their retail training career.

      Cons

Some stores don’t have ideal space or quiet zones for conducting training sessions, so you have to make do creatively. As a trainer, you sometimes get pulled into operational tasks when stores are short-staffed, which can take time away from core training.
