I have total 8 years of experience in Full Stack Development and switched 4 different company for career growth, not for financial growth. Please remember don't switch any company for financial growth instead of that stay in same company with peaceful work culture with less salary. I have resigned from this company within 40 days due to work culture: I have one scenerio with team lead: he asked me for some solution using Javascript.. later I get it from Google and explained how it suits for our requirement - after some time he came to me and asked from where you got it? - I replied from Google. Do you know what happen? he just complaint this to management like I don't have any knowledge and I get it from google - is it wrong??? And after some time again he came to me reported one bug on my script then replied ok will look into that. But he asked me to complete that task in front of him without using google I said it not possible for me basically im working for frame work from past 5 years he asked me to write script using plain Javascript - what should I do?? Again mailed to management on me with 4 points: 1. Using google for solutions 2. Not learning any new frameworks within one week unlike joiner 3. Not following office timings 4. No displane 5. Not following instructions like interns And one last question is it possible to learn new frameworks within one week?? He given me time to learn react and vuejs within 2 weeks - I'm not at all superman or genius like him just a common man with some Limited skills.. Due to this unfortunate release my career gone.. Not one considering my profile due to career gap.. 1. No job security - whenever you join in some company you should check this one And please dont look at positive reviews I recommand always check negative reviews 2. Mandatory thing on boarding is you have to update linkedIn profile (Company's profile promotion) - if not update in daily stand-up they lighligted this things in front of management 3. Need to add positive reviews in GOOGLE Reviews and Glassdoor 4. Everything worst culture wise and technical wise. 5. lot of employees placing without bgv verification 6. Clients each and every time rejecting more 30 profiles due to skills and experience mismatch - due to this rejections they asked us to forcable resignation or they terminate us without intimation

There are Many : 1) There are only few projects where there is no guarantee they can keep you in the project for long time 2) Politics over talent , you need to go through Q1, Q2, Q3 & Q4 reviews per year and even though it doesn't change anything as an employee 3) No Team leads or Manager to look over the progress of any employee 4) CCLs have no idea anything about the employee, they don't even know about the employee regarding the name, technology they work on 5)Hike policy is very bad, even if you work 100% and show the results you wont even get 20% of the hike 6)If you are released from the project you will be laid off from the company if there are no projects, Nisum wont try to bring the clients 7)Need to work for 12-16 hrs even though you need to be in office for 6 hrs client expects to work even after office hours 8)Nisum has no control over the client to support the employee, they let you work for more than 12 hours 9)Even there is a client holiday , you need to be in the office as they wont count it as a holiday for you. 10)WFH extensions will be given only to the North employees south employees are being ignored as management favors Northies
