- Work life balance
- Higher Management are approachable and knowledgeable

Cons

- Better salaries and annual increments must be offered considering the cost of living crisis in the UK
Too clicky. Family members and friends get the best opportunities while others are stuck in limbo. Training is nonexistent unless you're part of a click. People have worked there for years and are only good for packing boxes. Some get away with murder while others get moaned at for the littlest of things. Night shift is a joke, it regularly gets cancelled which disrupts our home life and we are not told until last minute. HR are pointless. All they do is eat into company profits just by being there. That money could be better spent on people that actually contribute to making the company money. Or updating equipment instead of new toilets, canteen and reception. The only priority is what it looks like from the outside with very little change on the inside.
