Pros
Orchard Park location has an amazing work environment for a pet retail store, it was very surprising. Very nice management who care about the store and their employees. Orchard Park store is probably the best store to work at or shop at in the whole Western New York region.
Cons
Upper level management above the orchard park store are poor and company as a whole does not care about the individual employees. It's nearly impossible to get a raise. You can get a $0.30 raise every six months if you do your training and perform to expectations; although, they could just deny it for no reason cause it's so vague of what expectations you have to meet. Plus, management hardly ever remembers to submit us for raises. And from my experience, if minimum wage increases above the amount you got paid with your raise then your wage resets to what minimum wage is. RIDICULOUS!
