Some say that the salary level is not high enough but I don't have such experience and when asked for a raise, my feedback has been listened to and the management has been very transparent about any salary-related changes

RELEX is the best company I've ever worked for and despite fast-paced growth, it still feels a bit like a start-up in a good way. There's a fantastic community feel, where you're supported by your team lead and peers, and the management is approachable. There's also a nice emphasis on self development and opportunities to learn new challenging things. The company relies on it's Nordic roots and values healthy work-life balance, with a great work from home policy, also providing possibilities to relocate to other office locations or have a worcation abroad. The Product itself is ever evolving with lots of opportunities to work in different customer projects depending on your own interests.

The salaries are on the lower end of the spectrum, but I feel the benefits and overall work-life balance it out. Since the company and its products are constantly developing the internal processes are not always keeping up, which leads to unstructured implementations and a steep learning curve. Workload can fluctuate from very high to very low sometimes, which I'd like to be addressed and managed better.
