Pros
Working with REVA Global for two years now has been such a blessing. Here's why:
HMO: Having HMO gives me peace of mind, ensuring I have access to medical services when needed.
Job Security: There's no need to worry about not having clients for an extended period. Just keep on attending interviews, do well, and the rest will follow.
Accrued Leave Credits: I benefit from this a lot because I can take a leave and travel to my hometown and spend time with my family every now and then, provided that my leave requests are approved.
Fully Remote Work: Working from the comfort of my own home is a major plus. It eliminates the stress and time associated with commuting. As an introvert, I really appreciate this type of set-up.
Peer and Management Support: The support from peers and management is outstanding. Queries and requests are always acknowledged and answered promptly, ensuring I receive the help I need when I need it.
Overall, my experience with REVA Global has been incredibly positive. Not worrying about the struggles of commuting and being able to spend more time with friends and family has allowed me to achieve the work-life balance I've been looking for. Working with such amazing people in the community has provided me with the right support, enabling me to learn and grow personally. Additionally, I've been able to improve my financial stability and take better care of myself. REVA Global is truly a wonderful place to work!
Cons
Scope of Work: You'll typically be matched with a job that aligns with your previous scope of work. If you're looking for opportunities to try other tasks, it depends on the client. However, if you've done cold calling before, you're likely to get matched with a cold calling role again.
Promotions: Promotions primarily dependent on the client you're working for. Internal promotions for virtual assistants (VAs) don't seem to happen, which can limit your career progression to just being a VA. If you're aiming for significant and regular promotions, this may not be the ideal job for you.
