Understaffed in the rehabilitation department No electronic medical records system at the location I am at

- micromanaging to THEE max - they listen to your calls even when your mic is off - they say one thing and change it, then blame you - completely disorganized - they watch everything you do - management or leadership is useless - no one helps when you need it - the turn over is insane - don’t work here unless you like to be treated like you’re being babysat - they never accept responsibility when they mess up, they blame you

Being able to work from home if needed. Having the autonomy to make decisions for the group that you manage. If you are lucky enough to have a good manager that you report to then you tent to feel appreciated.

Salary could be better. No real acknowledgment of when you do things best for not just the organization but the office as well.

Close to home for work

Management dies not focus on patients

Good culture, small hospital. Close to home.
