What is a typical working day like at Rubrik?

1.Good salary hike and bonus along with stocks 2. Compared to other backup products Rubrik is far superior and you get to interact with Engineering team who are having vast knowledge

1.Backup domain only 2.Too much emphasis on US clients , so night shift jobs mainly in customer support 3. Pressure to deliver case count

This is the worst company anyone can work ever. Especially never ever agree to join support team in AMER shift in Bengaluru. There are just vultures waiting for you. Too toxic management and also higher management. They have hired call center managers and they will make you work like slaves..no mercy at all..they constantly remind you that you are good for nothing and they do this for most of them..mgmt in Bangalore night shift support team only work with their favourites. You cannot question them at any point and if you do..then it's your funeral. Don't fall for rsu or free food..this company will never go IPO..it's a trap to keep you here. Worst worst management in Bangalore AMER support team..... All are racist managers who knows nothing but to demotivate people and employees even on the verge of committing suicide. Join any company but never rubrik

I really can't think of any.

They expect you to work day and night and require you to participate in after-hours calls to accommodate work hours in India. There is a pervasive language barrier, and understanding your co-workers is difficult. They yell at you and one another. After all that, they don't pay well.

Great management. Company operates at a very high level.

Night shift which is not ideal. Work pressure can sometimes be a bit high.
