Salary, unnecessary team bonding calls, opportunity for advancement, insurance is pretty bad

The benefits, the pay was okay could've been better. My coworkers. Remote work from home.

Leadership. Managment. Lack of training. Lack of knowledge from leadership and mgmt. No workflow. Barely could produce because there was no workflow. Accounts not getting resolved. Escalated accounts not getting resolved. Its a chaotic mess. The NCP follow up side. If you like lack of structure this is the place. The patient accounting system is so dated. Its so many cons being that i was laid off from a company structured 10x better than this such a disappoint.

Better appraisal as compared to other organisations in market. Amazing employee engagement team. Collect feedbacks and work on feedbacks genuinely to improve employee experience.

Leaves are credit in the bucket on monthly basis instead of getting yearly leaves at the start of the year. Work from home is a Taboo, can be availed only in medical emergencies.

Remote/Work From Home. Positive Atmosphere. Productivity Metrics are easy to meet.
