-No Growth Opportunities: If you're considering joining the sales team, be prepared to stay in the same position for a long time as there's no clear path for advancement. -Lack of Vision: The company lacks a defined roadmap or plans for growth, making it challenging to see long-term potential. -Unclear Communication: Responses from leadership are often vague and diplomatic, leaving team members without clarity or direction. -Blame Culture: Other teams frequently gang up on the sales team to shift blame, and when any good work is accomplished, they are quick to take credit—even when they have no involvement or understanding of the efforts.

Culture is good. Pay is at par with industry standards for SDRs if not low. No micromanagement by immediate manager. Product is good and functional but design could be better. The company is Sustainably growing. No layoffs yet.

There isn't much career growth. They believe in hiring externally than promoting and giving more opportunities to existing talent. 3 days a week wfo.

The leadership dynamics at this company (i.e., company politics), could have greatly benefited from enhanced clarity and stronger teamwork. It often felt like the drive for personal recognition outshone the pursuit of collective success, making collaboration across various teams quite challenging. Achieving set goals or completing assigned projects rarely led to acknowledgment. More often than not, contributions were downplayed, dismissed as inadequate, or attributed to other factors. This tendency to overlook team and individual efforts was demoralizing. A significant focus on "what have you done for me lately?" overshadowed previous accomplishments, rendering yesterday's achievements irrelevant. This was especially frustrating when those efforts were precisely what had been requested and aligned with the roles for which we were hired. This approach was disheartening and resonated throughout the entire team. Communication issues started at the top and complicated effective execution. When directives were unclear or strategic decisions affecting the company were made in isolation—without involving or informing those directly impacted, who presumably were hired to contribute to such decisions—it left many feeling sidelined. These decisions were usually not communicated to the team, resulting in more confusion. For anyone who is considering a leadership role within this company, insist on having every detail, every task, goal, and responsibility, including explicitly the reporting structure within the team written out and signed off on. This will be essential for navigating the company's environment and ensuring that contributions will be recognized and valued.

Management style is micro-managing and often disrespectful. Frequent unnecessary grilling sessions rather than growth opportunities. Lack of stability layoffs can happen suddenly, creating constant insecurity. Constructive feedback is rare; taunts and negativity are more common. Little regard for employee mental well-being.
