What is working from home like at Sagard?

      Pros

Fairly small team, so there are opportunities after a while to build relationships and take on fairly substantive legal assignments. Also hybrid on Mondays, no pressure to go into the office and can work from home. Hours are good - can work past 6 if there is something urgent but usually done before then.

      Cons

No real cons - there is quite a bit of admin work (but this is to be expected as a low-level intern), most mentorship is informal so onus is on you to ask for feedback.
