No job security, toxic CEO. Poorly managed, executives don't care about their employees. Everyone is just a number to the company's bottomline.
Managers are just figureheads who can't make any decisions without the CEO's input, it is just a complete mess. Unrealistic daily targets that will make you work in excess of at least 13-18 hours daily. Working 8 hours daily at this company is considered a crime; they call it violation of code of honor.
The company's management is racist; they pay staff of African extraction $350 monthly, while they pay the Filipinos $650, even though they do the same amount of work as LGAs.
We have managers at the company who have spent over 5 years, and they still use a free google email domain, created by themselves and not a company domain, what is so sad is that you still see these same set of people keep defending a wicked establishment, people who do not even see you valuable enough to give you a company domain after 5 solid years of work.
