What is working from home like at Schneider?

      Schneider reviews

      Flexible but low paying

      Senior customer specialist
      Current employee
      Green Bay, WI
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

They are flexible and some departments allow hybrid work from home

      Cons

I have not gotten a decent raise in 18 months. I do not make $1 more than when I started. Our bonuses have been cut to almost nothing and they push out raises so you don't get them. They have healthcare but it sucks, I still pay almost completely out of pocket

      Going downhill

      Team leader
      Current employee
      Green Bay, WI
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Great co-workers, 401k with match. Lots of opportunities if you are liked.

      Cons

All jobs are now fully in office, no more work from home. Work from home was the best benefit offered. Health insurance is pricey. Pay is not great. Vacation time is alright if you’ve been there for more than 5 years.

      Okay Management - Okay Pay

      Operations specialist
      Former employee
      Green Bay, WI
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Easier to work with to find a schedule that fits you.

      Cons

Pay could be better. Higher ups are also constantly going back and forth with whether they want to offer remote work or not. They’ll offer work from home and then a year later make everyone come back in office until too many people quit then they offer it again.

Severe lack of pay, no bonuses and raises. Lack of concern for employees with medical conditions

      Equipment dispatcher
      Current employee
      Green Bay, WI
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      - at least allows work from home (barely) - sometimes you get a great manager - great people to work with on your level

      Cons

      - no bonuses - severely poor pay raises, or none at all - incredibly unhealthy work environment where people cry openly on CS floor - ceo makes $8mil and we never see him and he gets bonuses, we don't - it's like working in the early 2000s - systems constantly have issues

      Pros and cons

      Sr. logistics account executive
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      Work from home, uncapped commission,

      Cons

Commission structure is base on when you were hired. Never raise bay pay without raising seat cost. Most huge account that are available are being held for top sellers even if they have not spoken with anyone at the company. Account receivable are very slow to response and sometime cause chargebacks on commission.
