My experience with this company's management was deeply disappointing. Despite fulfilling all requirements and providing the necessary documents multiple times, I was repeatedly asked to resubmit information, as if my previous efforts were ignored. I submitted my payment forms and even provided my hours, but management continuously invalidated my submissions instead of processing my payment responsibly.
Attempts to resolve the issue were met with dismissive communication, a lack of accountability, and no clear effort to make things right. It felt like I was being penalized for their disorganization. The process was both upsetting and incredibly unprofessional.
I would not recommend working with a company that treats its employees this way.
