The lead was extremely disrespectful, this feeling was also shared by other team members. 10/10 stressful environment, constant rotation shift work, long hours. No amount of money or experience was worth what I still go through from this position.

They changed from four 10 hour shifts to four 12 hour shifts. No Hybrid or WFH option. Elon puts a lot of pressure of his leadership and they’re all stressed.

HR will never be on your side. They do not take complaints against management seriously and will use it against you. You will have to work very hard to move up, especially if you are a female.
