      Cons

Terrible working environment. Everyone is miserable & at one point I did. It have a supervisor for 4 months. They don’t let you utilize Book Of Buinsess & they do unethical business practices & training to force sales when the customer just needs either assistance. We were told to not transfer or let them off the phone u til they hung up so you’d be on the phone with a customer for an hour and a half trying to pitch something they don’t want or need & complete waist of time. They turned the whole training floor into an Audit listening center becuase they do not disclose verbatim’s & make sure to watch account as they will add stuff without you noticing. Internet issues all the time becuase they jam the towers with so much bandwidth that customers are not getting what they are paying for & that is an example of what T-Mobile did when they had to take it away because they were over jamming the towers. If you have a disability they will violate it becuase they do not care about well being & recently just had a legal suit due to it. Do not recommend a career here, they don’t even have enough supervisors to handle the new hires who need help & start getting frustrated & cry because there is no one to assist them ( Experienced this first hand with a women).. Prices spike yearly & would recommend any other provider becuase they’re longest promo is 2 years. 17 week training that most company’s do much more sufficiently from experienced trainers who teach about company ethics & integrity. They will fire you for giving your work email & no networking with this company. Also, they have a system where other employees will go in and edit your employee ID # & steal your sales under your nose & FCC Class Action is in motion.
