      Pros

Dynamic Work Environment: The company culture is fast-paced and innovative, which can be highly motivating for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. There's a strong focus on creativity and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in digital advertising. Career Growth: StackAdapt offers numerous opportunities for career advancement and professional development. Employees often have access to training programs, mentorship, and the chance to take on new challenges that can propel their careers forward. Collaborative Culture: Teamwork and collaboration are highly valued at StackAdapt. The company fosters a supportive environment where colleagues are encouraged to share ideas and work together to achieve common goals. Flexible Work Arrangements: StackAdapt offers flexible working hours and remote work options, which is a significant advantage for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

High Pressure: Due to the fast-paced nature of the industry and the company's drive for innovation, the work can sometimes be stressful. Employees may feel pressure to meet tight deadlines and high performance expectations. Rapid Changes: The digital advertising landscape is constantly evolving, and so is StackAdapt. While this can be exciting, it also means that employees must be adaptable and ready to pivot quickly, which can be challenging for those who prefer stability. Workload: Some employees have reported that the workload can be heavy, with long hours required to keep up with the demands of the job. This can potentially lead to burnout if not managed properly. Resource Allocation: In some cases, resources and support may be stretched thin due to the company's rapid growth and expansion. This can impact the efficiency of certain projects and initiatives.

      Pros

Decent pay and a work from home position.

      Cons

There is a prevalent expectation that you work evenings, weekends and your PTO to meet the needs of your clients. Your managers and unsupportive and unhelpful. The workload and job descriptions of other positions is often downloaded to the account manager for no extra benefits.

      Pros

Remote work, many internal resources, and a good amount of time off.

      Cons

Culture has changed a lot in the last year. It began when an CRO was hired and our commissions were cut down significantly. I had four bosses in under two years and constantly changed books of business. Spent more time filling out documentation on what I was doing and why than actually doing the job. Was once a company that cared about its employees, now it’s just about the bottom line.

      Pros

Working at StackAdapt has been a fantastic experience. The atmosphere here is friendly and welcoming, making it easy to settle in and feel like part of the team from day one. One of the best things about here is the supportive environment. Colleagues are always willing to lend a hand or offer advice, which has been invaluable as I've learned the ropes. I would also strongly highlight the emphasis on work-life balance. Flexible scheduling and understanding managers make it easier to manage both professional responsibilities and personal commitments. I highly recommend StackAdapt to anyone looking for a positive workplace culture where you can grow both personally and professionally.

      Business outlook

      Pros

      - Talented and passionate teams doing great work at the IC level, some amazing folks here doing magic! - Still some flexibility and ownership over day-to-day work, remote work and travel. - Super fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow. Especially with trends in the industry, we all try to adapt and keep up. - Compensation is above the norm with bonuses/comms.

      Cons

      - Leadership tone has shifted dramatically, less collaborative, more top-down - Long-time employees are increasingly being painted as resistant rather than respected - Decisions feel more performative than strategic, with little transparency - Culture of psychological safety is slipping away as critical voices are sidelined
