Pros
Benefits are very nice
There is a system in place for everything but can also be a Thorn on your side
Good pay
Work from home options
Cons
Very complex eco system
People have been there for many many years and looks like most move up very slowly so its is very discouraging
Training wasn’t good
Job feels misleading, projects are limited and most program project coordinators are actually assistants I’ve seen a handful who have masters degrees and are stuck in coordinating positions
Job title is so board that management can throw anything your way and say it’s your job
Feels super disconnected from my team
