Pros
Coming into this team where they listened to my suggestions and would encourage me to come up with my own ideas felt like a breath of fresh air. My reporting officer and the rest of the team were all incredibly helpful and encouraging, and I had a fulfilling time there. Working days were also flexible (2 days in office a week, for interns at least), which allowed me to balance my other commitments like uni night classes easily.
Cons
Alike to many big organisations, there were some slow days/ requests that took time to be approved.
Not really too big of a con, but from an interns perspective, the full-timers are often quite busy and might not have much time to mentor us, so you will need to be rather proactive and independent.
