      Pros

-Competitive pay -Good benefits -Some very talented people work at TBNR and you can learn a lot from them -Good perks such as snacks and drinks -Very informal in regards to dress code and such

      Cons

-Lied in initial interviews about work-life balance and the future of remote work, also made employees corroborate said lies (not the employee's fault but crazy management would ask them to lie to potential candidates). -During performance reviews which dictated bonuses some employees had their initial rating changed from one that would give a bonus to a lower one where they no longer would receive a bonus once the company realized they couldn't pay out all the initial bonuses. -Work-life balance depending on what part of the company you work in is non-existent. Working well past normal hours, working weekends to make deadlines, etc. -Communication is terrible the majority of the time. -The turnover rate is EXTREMELY high. -The company pushes "radical Candor" but upper management doesn't seem to be receptive to it besides Preston, sometimes, Told multiple times not to give radical candor to other departments and just "focus on what you can do". Upper management would rather shield others than get things solved quickly. -Many of the upper management are people who have just been there for years but struggle with adapting or being receptive to new ideas and lack strong leadership qualities.
