What is the salary like at TaskUs?

Kind of ok PTO and UTO which they don't even allow you to use

awful management, no raises, EXTREME RACISM, very low pay, extreme micro management, very prejudiced, no communication, and most of all, they get rid of the good employees and keep the bad ones because the bad ones are very good at kissing feet.

Its been a long time i have been into this industry and as i know this industry taskus provides many options to grow as well as they pay good ammount and perks are also there

Lack of portals to get the things sorted

Good for those new to the industry, with decent pay, nice facilities, and a great working environment.

workload management is overwhelming at times

-Lower base salary compared to other BPOs in NCR offering the same roles -Low salary ceiling -HMO lacks vision coverage, poor network of dental health providers -(Just my opinion and observation, it may not be happening to every team) People person/always visible sometimes have the advantage of getting promoted than high performing/below the radar members -Too much employee freedom sometimes lean toward entitlement and senior/leader disrespect
