Pros
There are some pros, like some people are nice, some are helpful.
Cons
Managers aren't good managers but just good workers. Rarely any socials, despite advertised, no 'pizza parties', and no one goes into the office anymore... or very rarely people do (everyone, if not most, work remotely). This was advertised in the job spec and said in the interview. It's not really true. Roles don't pay well, even at account manager level. Annual reviews are critical and they expect a lot from you despite the pay is bad in comparison to other company's. High turnover rate. No training, or very little despite a new rotational scheme rollout. They micromanage you a lot. If you have appointments to attend to during work hours, they expect you to make this up at the end of the day. Benefits do not outweigh the cons. They rarely give you a pay rise and no bonuses despite generating millions for this company. They disguised a micro increase to your salary(due to inflation) as a 'bonus'. No career opportunities or progression.
