Super responsive and receptive to changing and dynamic needs of the nurses, excellent benefits, lots of opportunities for growth, amazing career trajectory, commitment to excellence is evident. I liked working for this hospital system but after leaving I experienced other places outside of Dallas and quickly realized how amazing this place is. It was my first place of employment as a nurse. I'm super grateful for the opportunity to have worked there. I would send anyone here for healthcare!

Sometimes felt too strict about certain things which added tons of pressure on to my work day but I know it probably helps keep such high standards at the hospital which is ultimately a good thing
