They love to hire from the outside. No experience needed. You can be right out of high school.
Cons
Value isn't placed on how you treat fellow team members. No training in provided. They promote without replacement/mentoring, promote incompetents, keep problematic team members in leadership by shifting them around to other venues, frequently clean house for loss of profit but not for harassment, mistreatment. They fire before providing training. Turn over is huge.
