What is the salary like at Vertical Screen?

There is 30 minute paid break It's a job and there's no shame in that, if you need work they have plenty available, but it's reasonable to say there are much better opportunities even for entry-level employees.

Female coworkers were very big on physical touch without consent, nothing overwhelmingly innapropriate, but made me uncomfortable. Can't breathe in the office without having to log it as a breath taken Trainers take a simple concept and over-complicate it Work often goes beyond the job description.

The pay is very low Their production goals are ridiculous There’s no set standard or rules for getting errors on your work Basically depends on who’s Reviewing it. Not only do you have to do your work but you also have to go back and make sure that your colleagues did their job correctly on the component you’re working on which cuts down on production time.

Company doesn’t give sick days or call out days, employees have to use PTO for everything, and even at that, management still writes you up. Company/management doesn’t care about extreme medical emergencies that warrant emergency hospital visits and will tell you they don’t accept doctors notes for proof; they will still issue a write up. Company pays pennies for doing a job which requires numerous responsibilities; the pay DOES NOT match the salary!! Supervisors give errors to employees IN ERROR and management won’t rescind these false errors. This company makes sure management punishes employees for taking/using PTO for vacation time. Managers will ignore emails regarding situations they don’t want to talk about. Some Supervisors send nasty replies back when you send a question to escalations and refuse to assist with the answer to a question, Overall this is a horrible, extremely low paying and non compassionate company! Treats their employees like they’re running a slave plantation!

If you're a single person the benefits are nice. Their health insurance will not cover your family members.

The pay simply is not enough. As a manager here I could have made close to the same amount of money starting at McDonalds. Though laughable that statement is true. They promote mostly from within, so mid and upper level management are primarily comprised of people that are not college educated.
