Pros
You can go Late to office this the only Pros of the wallero
Cons
There is no job security. They utilize their employees like tissue paper. The company practices full micromanagement. The project managers lack technical knowledge and are just fooling the CEO to save their own jobs. They are working on worthless products that neither scale nor generate any revenue for the company. Additionally, their interview process is unnecessarily tough, and you have to wait at least 1.5 to 2 months to get the results. They also hire interns and recent graduates, treating them like office boys by assigning them laborious tasks. They lure them with the promise of a full-time position, only to fire them later. I felt genuinely sad for those interns — all they receive is an internship certificate. What a terrible company! At Wallero, there is no work-life balance. You are expected to work 12 to 15 hours a day, regardless of your designation. They force their employees to follow on LinkedIn pages of their company & Products Pages.
