How are senior leaders perceived at Weimann Maclise Restaurants?

Room for growth within restaurants.

I really would stay away from any restaurant under "Yes Parade", i worked at three of their restaurants and all of them were the same story. GM's consistently get fed up with senior management and leave creating a very unstable and confusing workplace. Manager tried to take cash tips for himself and constantly complained about money he made, so instead of being on the floor he would go play tetris in his office. Would walk in the door and be serving a 150 person party solo with no help and no set up. Heavily micromanaged and corporate restaurant atmosphere. Overall toxic and zero care for individual employees.
