      Business outlook

      Pros

Flexible work options, 9/80 work schedule, outstanding engineers across the organization.

      Cons

Marketing runs all, C-Suite generally out of touch with operations level personnel and unfamiliar with aviation operations.

Racist work culture plagued with bias

      Contact recruiter
      Former contractor
      Del Ray, CA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

They pay very well. They also have flexible work hours.

      Cons

I worked at this organization as a contractor. They terminated an entire team of female recruiters and replaced them with all white males. I also sat hdd them terminate people of color one by one in the People OPs organization. I am shocked that there aren’t any Whistleblower claims yet. They also fired the black HR Leader, and his entire black team. One of the black people fired is still on their webpage. I can assure you that they don’t hire black people here because of their new leadership. The culture is very toxic.they have an intern program but if you’re black, don’t bother.
