Like the title says, this company is a sinking ship, 4 rounds of layoffs this year with the last being 30% of the company. Zero mobility zero raises, management is on a different planet constantly making random changes all probably directed by shareholders with no actual affinity to the employees. This company will not last another year at this point. They don't care about the people working for them they never have. Go find a better SaaS company to work for
