Fuzzy upper management. Most of the upper management replaced at one point, including C-level. Which has made it a worse company overall in pretty much every aspect that has to do with their contractors and the atmosphere within teams. A lot of very valuable people were let go. Just soul-crushed to this day, worked there for over a decade and was let go within 1 day, with no recognition whatsoever. Would be very difficult to ever trust X-team again.
