What is the hiring process like at Xylem?

Interview process was direct and the management team knew what they were looking for in candidates - efficient process. Since coming onboard everyone has been very welcoming.

Pay is descent on night shift.

Horrible management. The lowest morale I've ever felt in a workplace. Majority of people are rude and unwelcoming to new people. Unbelievably boring. I would never recommend someone work here unless they are in desperate need of money.
