What is the hiring process like at Yellow Bus ABA?

During the hiring process, all of the staff have been extremely helpful at answering questions. The orientation trainings have bee helpful and a great place to meet fellow co-workers and start to develop a relationship.

There are no cons for me.

The interview process was simple, and very informative. The employees are respectful, and professional. The training itself was informative and very interactive. They are quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns.

I do not have any.

I had an uplifting experience with yellow bus ABA. I got an interview just a couple of days later, and I moved on to the onboarding hiring process immediately after. I also really appreciated the fact that the staff took their time in the zoom training discussing what exactly ABA therapy was & answering all questions. Overall, this job is an amazing fit if you love working with kids and if you're very passionate about making an impact on autistic children's lives.

I had a little trouble with using the app to record DATA

I’ve worked as a BT at Yellow Bus ABA for half a year now. I really enjoy my experience so far. From the beginning during my interview and onboarding process, the hiring team were quick to respond. They were able to respond to all of my questions and were very helpful when there were some issues getting my documentation done. Once I started working on a case, I was paired with a very friendly and communicative BCBA. Since my first day I have felt very welcomed and supported. When I have ran into minor issues and brought them up to my BCBA or office/HR, they were always readily addressed and resolved. I really am thankful for the sense of community and support I have been shown.

Some initial issues with payroll that were thankfully resolved quickly once I informed them about the mistake.
