Pros
Pretty much the only good thing about working here was the free eye insurance and the fact that you can work from home (if first approved by HR).
Cons
HR was horrible, fired me because I spoke up about harassment to a coworker and called it "inciting workplace disruption". I absolutely DO NOT recommend working here if you want a fair working environment where you're treated well. They told me straight up that I didn't know anything about how a business is ran because I'm too young and I'm "in the real world" and "need to start acting like it". Not to mention the majority of the team leads sat there and refused to assist with any issues agents may have been having. Telling us to use our resources (one specific one that rarely had any useful information). And those same team leads were picking and choosing who they wanted to help, they VERY blatantly skipped over people they didn't like. HR just sat there and was okay with it like the team leads can do no wrong.
