Pros
The only positive outcome to working at this company was I learned a lot and grew immensely in my profession.
Cons
When I was first hired, there was zero training. There is no team or outlet and almost every single person that works at this company is incredibly pessimistic and negative. I will say that in my almost two years of working here, I did not see one person smile or look happy. I am in my twenties, and I have never met so many cruel, jealous, bitter older women in my life. They are stuck in high school and constantly gossip about other employees either through teams or in person. It’s an incredibly miserable and unprofessional environment. The executive assistant of this company manages all the administrative professionals, but will gossip about every single one, including in meetings. This is someone that is supposed to represent the CEO of this company. The front desk receptionist will talk about anyone and everyone on a shared computer that anyone has access to. If you are young and full of life looking for a new opportunity, please stay away from this company. They will suck the life out of you and drain your confidence. I was micromanaged to the point of panic attacks, bullied and belittled every single day at ms consultants for 52k a year. They barely give out raises and even if they did, it’s not worth the hell they put my mental health through.
