How are the career development opportunities at rater8?

Fully remote work with unlimited PTO, great product, managers who care about their teams, a fun annual offsite, and lots of opportunities for career growth. I've been promoted several times since starting and every month it seems like lots of my peers are getting similar recognition. We are now going to get a work from home stipend which will be very helpful if my laptop dies! Management is ok if you take time to live and work from anywhere which is really flexible.

I wish I got to see my team more but that's the downside of working from home. Benefits are reasonable but nothing over the top.

rater8 is a great place to work! There are often opportunities for rapid career development/advancement. Management allows/encourages lateral moves across departments too.

As a relatively young company, rater8's departments sometimes experience "growing pains" when scaling up from just a few teammates. Not necessarily bad, as leadership is quick to step in and work on implementing changes to assist in scaling!
