Pros
RedBus has honestly one of the best work cultures . The management is super approachable — you can talk to literally anyone on the floor, from teammates to leadership. If you have a concern or even an idea for something new that could be implemented into the product, people actually listen. And not just listen — they take action!
There are even CEO meetups where you can interact, ask questions, and share your thoughts — not something you get in every company!
Special shoutout to our CTO, Anoop — he's so chill and down to earth. He walks around, chats with folks, and creates this vibe where you don’t feel intimidated at all. Managers are also really helpful — they never judge you for not knowing something and genuinely wants you to learn and grow.
For freshers, it’s super beginner-friendly. You get a buddy assigned who’ll walk you through everything, explain even the tiniest things, and make sure you're never left feeling stuck or lost.
Also, we get frequent team dinners and outings, which helps a lot with bonding
Oh, and the pay is great for fresher, which is always a plus!
Cons
Now, keeping it real — your experience can depend heavily on your team, manager, and buddy. If you get a great combo, amazing! But if not, you might face groupism, some gossip, and a bit of office politics. There may be a few people who come across as judgmental, especially in certain teams.
