What is the salary like at unybrands?

Flexible, remote work, young environment.

Poor leadership, lack of structure, and no onboarding system. Very low pay with no established pay scale; some are paid significantly more or less at the same level. Lack of camaraderie among employees. Limited opportunities for growth. Too many lay offs.
