You will be required to answer behavioral questions. 1800 Contacts wants people who are enthusiastic and fun. The job requires that you have strong verbal skills and decent technological skills. They will make you take a typing test to make sure you are able to type a certain amount of words per minute. Not a difficult interview, but they want good employees.

The interview process was great and my interviewer was really sweet and answered all my questions made sure I understood everything and stayed engaged the whole interview made sure i knew which hours were available and even asked which hours i desired
I applied for the position through the company website. I took a test at HQ in Draper, UT. I interviewed with one person on the phone, and one person, in person.
I was told that if I started started the job and did not like it, don't just quit, let us know and we will find another place for you to work within the company that may be a better fit.
