Pretty nice! Hr was very good and call was normal screening, then engineering manager call was about knowing more about how you solved problem and your interest in voice agents. third round wasnt leetcode but a practical day in a SDE life assesment. Enjoyed doing that. No offer because of my inability to solve it, but they were very nice.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 11x (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2025
Interview
Extremely unprofessional and complete waste of time. I would say worse stuff but it's Glassdoor and not Reddit. Head of Talent asks me for a phone screening on Thursday. It goes well and I was asked to setup a call with the hiring manager/tech lead. I get the confirmation and have it scheduled for Tuesday. I message the recruiter to inquire format and any extra details about the interview and I get no response. I get to the interview nobody shows up. I sat there for 30 minutes. I email the recruiter and the recruiter sends an automated response that he is OOO. On Wednesday, she tells me that the role is filled. Absolutely disgusting. Spent the weekend preparing

Thanks for the feedback. We understand the process was frustrating and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. The role was closed quickly due to shifting priorities, and unfortunately, the timing didn’t line up. We definitely dropped the ball by leaving you waiting, and I want to personally apologize for the lack of communication. We’re actively working to improve our candidate experience and follow-through.
