It was great at the start. Initial screen, hiring manager, two different panels. That's when it got sideways. It took almost three weeks for an update, over which time I can only imagine they were negotiating with the candidate whom they chose. It was only after the FIFTH follow up that any finality was offered, with little actionable feedback. I will say that making the otherwise lovely Talent Acquisition person carry water for the team like this is pretty shoddy of them, and she deserves much better.
